In its 25th year, they continue strengthening our reputation for quality, consistency and service and will always strive to make every visit as special as the last.  Since 1985, Shapley's has been a dining tradition in the Jackson area. Chef/Owner Scott Koestler has been a vital part of Shapley's for more than eighteen years.  Anjou is a classic bistro serving comfort foods in the relaxed, casual setting of the Township at Colony Park in Ridgeland, Mississippi. The restaurant's Old World feel is complemented by contemporary amenities and offers a full bar, lakeside patio, and private rooms.  Anjou—an eatery that aims to bring the cuisine of their French village stateside.  Amid dark wooden furniture and stonewalls, their menu of authentic bistro fare achieves just that. Waiters whisk out plates of steak frites coated in maitre d' butter and bowls filled with cassoulet—stewed navy beans with sausage and duck confit. White tablecloths also frame American-inflected entrees such as Café de Paris burgers garnished with herb butter, brie, and Gustave Eiffel's abandoned blueprints for a New York-Paris skyway.
