Gardens of Notre Dame, Jardin Jean XXVIII, Paris
When I saw this scene, I had to stop and spend some time in this little garden right next to the magnificent cathedral of Notre Dame. |
What a visual feast we had just encountered unexpectedly! |
The patterns and shapes were inviting me to photograph them, and the colors were perfectly suited for an autumn garden! |
Beautiful dahlia cultivars with showy daisy-like flowerheads in all shades and combinations of white, yellow, orange, pink and red. |
Striking blue morning glories |
The Amaranthus caudatus 'Hot Biscuit's' orange contrasting dramatically with the
juicy green grass. We enjoyed a good hour here, taking many pictures. |
